About the Show
Nick Ashron's Lightworker's Guide to the Galaxy launched on Edge Media's Controversial TV on Sky channel 200 on March 2nd 2009 in the UK. Each show lasts one hour and was originally aired weekly on Mondays at 12pm and repeated twice a week on Thursdays at 12pm and Sundays 1pm on Sky 200.
Series 2 launched on October 5th for Autumn/Winter 2011/2012.
Series 1 (19 episodes) and Series 2 (16 episodes) continued to be regularly repeated until June 2013 when EMTV sadly came off air on Sky, Freeview and Virgin Media, so EMTV shows are now currently only available online at:
http://www.emtvonline.co.uk.
This is an alternative chat show, expanding awareness of the vast arena of spirituality and spiritual practices by featuring special guests (many of them 'Lightworkers') who share their knowledge of their specialised field of spiritual endeavour.
Just as Nick Ashron always aims to do through his work as a Psychic Artist, Musician, Author and Workshop Facilitator - his TV show seeks to support individuals on their journey towards self awareness, spiritual expansion, peace and fulfilment. Nick aims to take a light-hearted, joyful and open-minded approach to some very important issues to help empower his viewers. Each show concludes with a piece of inspirational healing music performed live in the studio by Nick and/or his guests.
Nick says "I feel very honoured and privileged to be presenting a show that takes a positive and open-minded view of spirituality and to be able to give a voice to those many devoted and dedicated individuals I have come across known as ‘Lightworkers’. To be able to have a show like this is a definite indication of the increase in spiritual awareness in the mainstream – a sign of the times. I am also extremely excited to have the opportunity to feature some of my own music in the shows – as music is a very powerful medium for transmitting healing and uplifting energy”

"Love your show, so great to hear a positive interesting TV show from like minded people."
Charlotte Smith (Facebook User, February 2012)
"Love your shows 'Lightworkers Guide to the Galaxy'. Feel I can relate to you greatly. Was a relief to hear mention in one show that you have always felt that you do not belong here. Was an amazing moment for me as I too have always felt from early childhood that I did not belong here. Kept this to myself all my life, now 52 years. It was fantastic to hear that from someone else. Had lots of deep spiritual and profound moments in life. Deal on a day to day basis with my extra sensitivity, which drives me mad most of the time. Comforting to watch your shows. Look forward to many more."

The Unicorn
Mystical, Magical,
Very few have seen.
A majesty unspoken of,
Too few left who believe.
With a glow of love eternal,
A ray of light than shines.
That fills the few who've seen them,
With the essence of the divine.
I am one of the chosen few,
To see the myth unwind.
To behold such unknown beauty,
With my mortal eyes,
Such elegance of posture,
With a power of the age.
Yet such a gentle presence,
Serenity illuminates from his face.
In this time of fear and darkness,
Where few have seen the light,
This messenger comes to tell us,
That soon love will banish the plight.
Fill your broken hearts with laughter,
Let your tears fill empty seas,
For soon we'll all join together,
In an ever lasting peace.
This message I was given
Is from a light worker, unknown,
Would you believe me if I told you,
That the loved one was a unicorn.
" I just wanted to send you a poem that I wrote... I absolutely love your Lightworkers programme... Its very informative and entertaining! Its a great way for lightworkers to be able to discuss important subjects without being judged. I am in the area of healing too, with Reiki.
I hope you enjoy my poem."
Poem by Patricia Shepherd (Limerick, Ireland, January 2012)
"Not having had Sky TV until this last month (brought in courtesy of my beautiful girlfriend), I had not had the opportunity to check out your work... Just wanted to say that I love your TV show (it's captivating!) - and I also really like your music!"

"Nick's TV shows are a blessing to all lightworkers and spiritualists. The range of guests and subjects are inspiring, so much dedication and commitment and wonderful life realisation moments. Nick's warm and loving personality shines through without effort, a clear case of a living by example for the inspiration of others. The musical endings to the shows are a perfect closure, Nick is a talented individual and using his gifts to empower others in the most positive of ways. I look forward to every show as its always uplifting even if you're feeling a little low, you always feel much better afterwards, it's a positive tonic - all lightworkers can't fail to be inspired. Many thanks Nick, long may you continue!"
Terry Davies (Van Driver, Bristol, January 2012)

Lucky Helen (UK - October 2011)
Silver dreams flowing freely as a stream,
reflecting the suns rays on long hot summer days.
The water rises up from the earth, filtered by the rocks and sediments running pure and clear, cleansing away all the pain and fear.
As you walk through this life reflect the cleansing
power
of that stream,
wash away the contaminants and put back the silver into all our dreams.
"Thank you Nick."
Poem by Steve Carroll inspired by watching Nick's show with Stephanie Brookes
Steve Carroll (Cardiff, Wales - October 2011)

for it.
Very enlightening and thought provoking and I send good intentions for it to continue.
The music is brilliant too!"

"...Nick goes to great lengths to get genuine people on the show... it is really nice to see something on TV which is not too commercial and is of interest to myself and others like me."
Neshla Avey (UK)
"I have just watched the Animal Communication broadcast with Nick Ashron and I must say I found it extremely enlightening. Jackie [Weaver] was such a wonderfully articulate, sensitive and humorous guest. It was the best show that I have seen for a long time. I wish her all the very best for the future - long may the fantastic work continue and spread throughout the world. I am so very envious of her ability to communicate with animals as that has been a wish of mine for the past 40 odd years and friends have often thought me insane for chatting away to cats and dogs as I would do a human. It was a brilliant experience for me to listen to her and confirmation that it really can be done. So, thank you very much once again."
Jan Meakin (UK)
"An inspirational informative show! Nick Ashron's show is a god send!...
It's great and Nick is doing such good work in providing inspired people with such a great pivotal platform in which to go forth...
I find Nick's show so soothing and makes me feel real and normal again! Keep up the good work and show Nick I really enjoy watching the show. All your guests have fascinating stories to tell and keep the show natural because that's part of what is so amazing about it."
Anthea Peries (UK)
"If you haven't started watching Controversial TV, you're missing a host of great shows. We went along to appear on Nick Ashron's Lightworker's Guide to the Galaxy. We had a very enjoyable time behind the set talking to crop circle experts and Indigo children. One of the few shows on television to tackle really unusual themes that will appeal to our readers."
Tania Ahsan, Editor of Kindred Spirit Magazine (UK)
"What a delightful show today! [Holistic Health & Fitness]. Very uplifting and a lovely gentle song at the end. I shall be taking the health tips on board as I need new recipes, especially the ones on chocolate!
Thank you all."
Waya (UK) "I love the show! Nick is a brilliant guy and it would be a wonderful world if there were more Nick Ashrons in the world. The show is great, really uplifting and good for keeping positive. Its just a joy to watch. Keep up the good work."
Justin Pushka (UK)
"I just want to say that I am a regular watcher and love the show, it always has a really nice feel to it and always a pleasure to watch. Everyone on it is always friendly. Love it!"
'Open Mind' (UK) "I just wanted to say that I watched the show and you said something on there which was that you go to nature when you're feeling down or just stressed, and to go to nature it nurtures you and when you said that something inside me was just empowered as I am ill with a bad back and fibro myalgia etc etc. I felt you are soooo right and immediately I wanted to go and be nurtured, I felt it was what was missing in my life, you brightened my day and bought me out of despair for a while so THANK YOU so much for that, it was so powerful.
Love and Light."
Gillian Eyre (UK)
"Dear Nick,
saw your show today [on Faeries],
fantastic.
Funniest thing on TV. Told all my friends. Keep it up."
Michael Spencer ('Pixie Hunter from Fairy Land', UK)
"Caught today's show and was intrigued by and enjoyed discussions and music."
Chris Stone (UK)"Just to say I tuned into Nick's show a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it...
may his path continue to be one of enlightenment... I tuned in to one of his talks and was hooked, being
that I have spent practically all my life being a truth seeker.
It was the one with the lady "Cherry", can't remember
her full name [but] was quite impressed by her ability."
Richard Keating (UK)
"I
saw your show on Sunday and was amazed. I felt my heart opening which I never experienced before watching TV. There is a lovely simplicity and genuineness in the way you present the show. Wow!"
Ahlmeirah Ariel Hallaire
(UK)
"I want to say thank you for a great show you have. I really enjoy watching it every week, as it keeps me very entertained - with your pick of interesting Esoteric topics.
They should have more shows like yours on TV!"
Marie Simo (UK)
"I do like the concept you have, not showy and way out like people would perhaps perceive, but a platform for people to share their views and enlighten others,
by being themselves, just like many of the viewers watching."
Jackie Weaver (UK)
"I loved this show!!! [...]
VERY INTERESTING SHOW!
Great work guys!!"
Eliza Paige (UK)
"I just had to write to say how fantastic I thought your new TV show was, which I watched last night. I think it will be a great inspiration to many, many people. I love the way you put the information across, which so many people are completely unaware of.
I also greatly enjoyed your interview with Parveen Smith. I can't wait to see who your other guests are. Your song almost moved me to tears.
I have five of your spirit guide portraits, over the years, which I treasure.
Keep up all your amazing work. You are a great inspiration."
Rebecca
Wroblewski

“Nick's new show is a refreshing change to the mindless garbage that is thrust upon us by mainstream media. Whether we agree with all the guests or not is incidental, the fact is a whole new world of interesting guests are being allowed to express their opinions in
this wonderful new show"
