Nick Ashron's new TV show Nick Ashron's Lightworker's Guide to the Galaxylaunched on Edge Media's Controversial TV on Sky channel 200 on March 2nd 2009. Each show lasts one hour and is aired weekly on Mondays at 12pm and repeated twice a week on Thursdays at 12pm and Sundays 1pm on Sky 200.
This is an alternative chat show, expanding awareness of the vast arena of spirituality and spiritual practices by featuring special guests (many of them 'Lightworkers') who share their knowledge of their specialised field of spiritual endeavour.
Just as Nick always aims to do through his work as a Psychic Artist, Musician and Author - his TV show seeks to support individuals on their journey towards self awareness, spiritual expansion, peace and fulfilment. Nick aims to take a light-hearted, joyful and open-minded approach to some very important issues to help empower his viewers. Each show concludes with a piece of inspirational healing music performed live in the studio by Nick and/or his guests.

"...Nick goes to great lengths to get genuine people on the show... it is really nice to see something on TV which is not too commercial and is of interest to myself and others like me." Neshla Avey (UK)
"I have just watched the Animal Communication broadcast with Nick Ashron and I must say I found it extremely enlightening. Jackie [Weaver] was such a wonderfully articulate, sensitive and humorous guest. It was the best show that I have seen for a long time. I wish her all the very best for the future - long may the fantastic work continue and spread throughout the world. I am so very envious of her ability to communicate with animals as that has been a wish of mine for the past 40 odd years and friends have often thought me insane for chatting away to cats and dogs as I would do a human. It was a brilliant experience for me to listen to her and confirmation that it really can be done. So, thank you very much once again." Jan Meakin (UK)
"An inspirational informative show! Nick Ashron's show is a god send!...
It's great and Nick is doing such good work in providing inspired people with such a great pivotal platform in which to go forth...
I find Nick's show so soothing and makes me feel real and normal again! Keep up the good work and show Nick I really enjoy watching the show. All your guests have fascinating stories to tell and keep the show natural because that's part of what is so amazing about it." Anthea Peries (UK)
"If you haven't started watching Controversial TV, you're missing a host of great shows. We went along to appear on Nick Ashron's Lightworker's Guide to the Galaxy. We had a very enjoyable time behind the set talking to crop circle experts and Indigo children. One of the few shows on television to tackle really unusual themes that will appeal to our readers." Tania Ahsan, Editor of Kindred Spirit Magazine (UK)
"What a delightful show today! (Sunday 5th Sept [Holistic Health & Fitness]). Very uplifting and a lovely gentle song at the end. I shall be taking the health tips on board as I need new recipes, especially the ones on chocolate!
Thank you all." Waya (UK)
"I love the show! Nick is a brilliant guy and it would be a wonderful world if there were more Nick Ashrons in the world. The show is great, really uplifting and good for keeping positive. Its just a joy to watch. Keep up the good work." Justin Pushka (UK)
"I just want to say that I am a regular watcher and love the show, it always has a really nice feel to it and always a pleasure to watch. Everyone on it is always friendly. Love it!" 'Open Mind' (UK)
"I just wanted to say that I watched the show and you said something on there which was that you go to nature when you're feeling down or just stressed, and to go to nature it nurtures you and when you said that something inside me was just empowered as I am ill with a bad back and fibro myalgia etc etc. I felt you are soooo right and immediately I wanted to go and be nurtured, I felt it was what was missing in my life, you brightened my day and bought me out of despair for a while so THANK YOU so much for that, it was so powerful.
Love and Light." Gillian Eyre (UK)
"Dear Nick,

"Caught today's show and was intrigued by and enjoyed discussions and music." Chris Stone (UK)
"Just to say I tuned into Nick's show a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it...
may his path continue to be one of enlightenment... I tuned in to one of his talks and was hooked, being
that I have spent practically all my life being a truth seeker.
It was the one with the lady "Cherry", can't remember
her full name [but] was quite impressed by her ability." Richard Keating (UK)
"I
saw your show on Sunday and was amazed. I felt my heart opening which I never experienced before watching TV. There is a lovely simplicity and genuineness in the way you present the show. Wow!" Ahlmeirah Ariel Hallaire
(UK)
"I want to say thank you for a great show you have. I really enjoy watching it every week, as it keeps me very entertained - with your pick of interesting Esoteric topics.
They should have more shows like yours on TV!" Marie Simo (UK)
"I do like the concept you have, not showy and way out like people would perhaps perceive, but a platform for people to share their views and enlighten others,
by being themselves, just like many of the viewers watching." Jackie Weaver (UK)
"I loved this show!!! [...]
VERY INTERESTING SHOW!
Great work guys!!" Eliza Paige (UK)
"I just had to write to say how fantastic I thought your new TV show was, which I watched last night. I think it will be a great inspiration to many, many people. I love the way you put the information across, which so many people are completely unaware of.
I also greatly enjoyed your interview with Parveen Smith. I can't wait to see who your other guests are. Your song almost moved me to tears.
I have five of your spirit guide portraits, over the years, which I treasure.
Keep up all your amazing work. You are a great inspiration." Rebecca
Wroblewski
(UK)
"Absolutely brilliant, I really enjoyed it. Thoroughly enjoyable program...
I wish you all the success." Barbara Marlow (UK)
Edge Media's Controversial TV is a new channel which describes itself as "A platform for people to share alternative views and discuss suppressed viewpoints, aiming to air programming that is educational, thought provoking and enlightening".
Acclaimed Author and fellow Edge Media TV Host Phillip Gardiner believes that “Nick's new show is a refreshing change to the mindless garbage that is thrust upon us by mainstream media. Whether we agree with all the guests or not is incidental, the fact is a whole new world of interesting guests are being allowed to express their opinions in this wonderful new show".
Nick says of his own aims for the show that he feels "very honoured and privileged to be presenting a show that takes a positive and open-minded view of spirituality and to be able to give a voice to those many devoted and dedicated individuals I have come across known as ‘Lightworkers’. To be able to have a show like this is a definite indication of the increase in spiritual awareness in the mainstream – a sign of the times. I am also extremely excited to have the opportunity to feature some of my own music in the shows – as music is a very powerful medium for transmitting healing and uplifting energy”.
